This alias was birthed circa 2011 after the artist’s first anime convention where they cosplayed as the character “Misaki” from the shoujo Kaichou wa Maid-sama.

Anime has formed a part of Misaki’s life since they were 3 years old but this was the peak of their weeb life.

Why ‘Soft Villain’?

Soft Villain is born from the presence of juxtaposition in this artist’s life. Sad music, happy anime; black clothes, pink room; short height, big D energy.

Being Soft is an act of rebellion in a world full of cold and hard truth.
