What will it look like from now on?
As some of you know, my booking system has been kept the same for the past 8 years.
Instagram has always been the main point of contact; send me a DM, we chat about your ideas, I send you deposit info and we book! Sounds easy, right?
In some ways, it was but in others the simplicity of it was my worst enemy. Although IG has been trying to keep up with the business side of things, there were many tools missing from it’s system that honestly would make life so much easier.
All in all, I want to streamline our communication and make it so you can find everything in one spot.
That doesn’t mean I’m making the hard switch from IG to this page all at once but I do plan to slowly start incorporating it into my process.
For appointments that have already been made, we will continue communicating via IG. I will eventually ask you to migrate over to the webpage when the time comes to making a new appointment but I’ll try and make it as painless as possible.
Also, this page will always be available so you can access resources like aftercare information, frequently asked questions, or even just getting a quote on a project you have in mind.
And if you have any further questions, you’re welcome to leave me a comment on this post, send me a question via the contact form, or even just wander around the page aimlessly in search of the answer.
¿Cómo se verá de ahora en adelante?
Como algunxs sabrán, mi manera de agendar citas ha sido el mismo desde hace 8 años.
Instagram siempre ha sido el punto principal de contacto; me mandas un mensaje privado, chismeamos acerca de tu idea, te mando la info de pago y agendamos. ¿Sencillo, no?
En algunas maneras, si, pero en otras esa misma sencillez era mi peor enemigo. Aunque IG ha tratado de ir actualizando su plataforma con los años, aún hay varias herramientas que le faltan para hacer aún más fácil todo este rollo.
En fin, mi meta es que nuestra comunicación sea eficiente y puedas encontrar todo en un solo lugar!
Eso no significa que voy a hacer el cambio de IG a esta página de un solo trancazo pero mi plan es incorporarla poco a poco.
Para las citas ya hechas, nos seguiremos comunicando vía IG. Eventualmente si te voy a pedir que empieces a emigrar a la página cuando sea tiempo de hacer una nueva cita pero intentare hacer que las cosas sean lo más intuitivas posibles!
Esta pagina tambien existe para que siempre tengas acceso a todo su contenido, tal como: información de cuidados, las preguntas frecuentes o hasta para sacar un presupuesto de algún proyecto que tengas en mente.
